Prof.dr. Evert Jan Baerends has been awarded the prestigious Schrödinger Medal

Prof. Dr. Evert Jan Baerends has been awarded with the Schrödinger Medal 2010 of the World Association of Theoretical and Computational Chemists (WATOC).

He receives this medal for his pioneering contributions to the development of computational density functional methods and his fundamental contributions to density functional theory and density matrix theory.
